To access our rental application, please click here.  You may print the application and deliver it one of the following ways.  Please make sure that it is complete and signed with clear contact information including an email address.

• Drop off at our office at 1705 Marion Street, Roseville along with your application fee. If there is no one at the office, you can leave it in the black drop box outside the porch. Please email to let us know to look for it.

• Fax (651-203-1830) or email (tangletownreo@gmail.com) your completed application and then drop off payment or Venmo @Angela-Boone-11. Please be sure not to select goods/services if using Venmo.

The application fee is $58 per applicant/adult resident plus an additional $10 for each other state you have lived in.  All adults residing in the unit must submit an application. Application fees are non-refundable once your application has been processed. No applications will be processed until payment is received.

Please make sure your applications are filled out completely and signed.  Failure to do so will delay processing.

Be honest on your application and feel free to attach explanation or documentation. False or omitted information will lead to a denial of your application.
