SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Except where prohibited by law, security / damage deposit is based on credit worthiness.  Therefore, the better your credit, the lower your deposit will be.  Credit scores are based exclusively on the report received from Tenant Check, our screening service of choice, which uses the Equifax Beacon score.

Security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent
Security deposit will be equal to 1.25x month’s rent
Security deposit will be equal to 1.5x month’s rent
Security deposit will be equal to 1.75x month’s rent
Security deposit will be equal to 2x month’s rent

Credit Score above 750
Between 700-750        
Between 620 – 700        
Between 580-620        
Under 580
